Reid was responsible for spearheading the acquisition of Field Control Analytics out of bankruptcy and subsequently joined the organization as CEO in 2020 to lead the turnaround effort. Over the course of a 15 year career Reid has  focused on investment banking and private equity for publicly traded and privately held middle-market companies, in addition to co-founding an investment bank. A graduate of New York University, Reid holds a B.A. in Economics with a Minor in Business.
